Standard Shipping and Returns

 

• Express Shipping:
  •  Standard delivery (3–5 business days Mon–Fri) We ship from Austria and Germany. For orders to Germany and Austria, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €9.90 

• Free Returns:
• If you change your mind, unopened orders can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt. An important note regarding PO boxes: due to size and weight limitations, we cannot ship OSTOVE rocket stoves to PO box addresses. If you have not received a tracking link via email or your order has not arrived within the timeframe above, please contact us and we will check the status of your order.
