How to start a return
This is how you start the return. Simply write us an email with your order number and "Return" as the subject. In order for us to accept the return, you must contact us before shipping. To ensure your return can be processed as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- Your original order number
- The condition of your item
- The number of packages you want to return
- The reason for your return
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Will there be any costs for my return?
Items in their original packaging as well as incorrect and defective items can be returned free of charge within 30 days.
If you do not like the item or if there are other reasons for the return, the costs of the return shipment to "Viista-Products GmbH, Klein Erla 4, 4303 St. Pantaleon, Austria" must be covered by you. After we have received and inspected the goods, you will be refunded for the product immediately.
In some cases, only a partial refund is possible. This may apply to items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged by the user, are incomplete, or if the 30-day period has already been exceeded.
