Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Viista-Products GmbH, Klein Erla 4, 4303 St. Pantaleon-Erla, Austria, ebay@viista-products.com, Telephone: +436704033749) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You may also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website support@viista-products.com. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return if the item is damaged or if the wrong item was sent. If you do not like the item or if there are other reasons for the return, the cost of returning the goods to "Viista-Products GmbH, Klein Erla 4, 4303 St. Pantaleon, Austria" must be borne by you. After we have received and inspected the goods, the product will be refunded promptly.
